Coinbase launches tokenized Apple, Nvidia and Meta stocks on its Base blockchain

Crypto exchange Coinbase has launched tokenized versions of Apple, Nvidia, Meta and Alphabet shares on its Base blockchain network. The instruments are issued under Coinbase's new regulatory framework established in Abu Dhabi. The move places Coinbase among a growing number of firms racing to bring traditional equities onto blockchain infrastructure.
