Sea and ocean surface temperatures hit all-time record high

This summer brought Europe intense heat waves and numerous temperature records. The average global sea and ocean surface temperature has now reached its highest ever recorded level. Experts warn that the consequences — including more extreme weather events — will also affect Poland.
