DR Congo peace roadmap — can it stop the fighting in the east?

Parties to the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo have agreed on a new peace roadmap setting out conditions for ending the fighting in the east. Disputes over the status of M23 rebels, Rwanda's involvement and security guarantees remain unresolved. These disagreements could still derail the peace process.
