Near-miss in Kielce: train stopped just 60 metres from collision

A serious near-miss occurred in Kielce when a train driver passed a stop signal and entered a track occupied by another train. The duty controller managed to halt the train about 60 metres from the oncoming vehicle, preventing a collision. A special commission will investigate the incident.
