Kraków tragedy: driver doing 70 km/h in a 30 zone — expert also blames carmakers
A young married couple were killed in a Saturday crash in Kraków, while their eight-month-old son was hospitalised. The driver was travelling at 70 km/h in a zone limited to 30 km/h. Road safety expert Łukasz Zboralski told Wirtualna Polska that driver training systems and carmakers also share blame, arguing manufacturers "have blood on their hands" for marketing cars on emotion rather than safety.
