Australian Tate Zischke blocked from joining Moonfin Magnus Ostrów by procedural issues

Moonfin Magnus Ostrów will not be reinforced by young Australian speedway rider Tate Zischke for the play-down round. Procedural obstacles have prevented the rider from competing in Poland. The club must now look for alternative reinforcements.
