Australian police drew guns on Indigenous teen mistaken for suspect — ombudsman condemns force
Commonwealth and ACT Ombudsman Iain Anderson has condemned the Australian Federal Police for failing to clearly define racial profiling, following a November 2025 incident in Canberra. The investigation concluded with eight recommendations directed at the AFP and ACT Policing.
