Polish Supreme Administrative Court: Masovia's wood-burning ban needed clearer justification

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) ruled that Masovia's ban on burning wood in fireplaces on smoggy days required explicit justification, given that similar restrictions were not applied to other fuels such as coal. The ruling concerns the constitutionality of anti-smog regulations and how they are implemented. A provincial administrative court had previously ruled on the matter.
