Kraków: resident warned about illegal racing on Solna St. for 5 years, authorities ignored him

Two people were killed and an infant is fighting for life after a tragic crash on Solna Street in Kraków's Podgórze district. Local resident Konrad Kordas had been alerting city officials about illegal street racing at that location for five years, but authorities repeatedly dismissed his warnings, claiming drivers were following the rules.
