Three in four Poles complain about tradespeople — poor quality and delays top the list

More than three in four Poles report problems after hiring tradespeople for renovation or construction work. The most common complaints are poor workmanship requiring corrections and delays in completing jobs. Taking advance payments and then failing to deliver is also a widespread issue.
