Driver kills couple on Kraków pavement — their eight-month-old baby critically injured

Hubert B. has been charged with involuntary manslaughter after driving into a family on a pavement on Solna Street in Kraków. Prosecutors established he was travelling at around 70 km/h in a 30 km/h zone. The parents of an eight-month-old boy were killed; the infant was hospitalised in critical condition. The driver faces up to eight years in prison.
