Russian strike hits residential block in Chernihiv — 14 wounded including two children

A Russian strike hit a residential apartment block in Chernihiv, about 130 km north of Kyiv, on Monday. At least 14 people were wounded, including two children. The attack came on Ukraine's 35th Independence Day, with European presidents and prime ministers gathered in Kyiv for the celebrations.
