26-year-old Hubert B. has been charged with deliberately causing a road accident after fatally hitting a married couple in Kraków — he has not admitted guilt. The Kraków District Prosecutor's Office announced on Monday that he was driving at 70 km/h in a 30 km/h zone. Prosecutors have applied for his pre-trial detention.
