Ukraine marks 35th independence anniversary as European leaders gather in Kyiv

Ukraine celebrated the 35th anniversary of its independence on August 24, which also marks four and a half years of war with Russia. European leaders gathered in Kyiv, where the Coalition of the Willing was set to meet President Zelensky to discuss ways to increase support for Ukraine.
