Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman arrived in Paris for a two-day official visit with French President Emmanuel Macron. Discussions covered the war in Iran, the Strait of Hormuz and new energy routes bypassing it. The two leaders appeared together at the closing ceremony of the Esports World Cup, held outside Saudi Arabia for the first time but largely funded by Riyadh.
