Hubert B. charged after killing couple and injuring infant on Kraków pavement — remand sought

Hubert B. was charged with deliberately violating road safety rules after driving into a family on a pavement in Kraków's Zabłocie district on 22 August. Two 32-year-olds died and their infant, not yet a year old, was seriously injured. The suspect denied the charges, and prosecutors filed a motion for pre-trial detention.
