Three-year-old nearly drowns on Canary Islands as parents stood a metre away

A three-year-old child was rescued just in time from the ocean off the Canary Islands while the parents stood barely a metre away. A second person also narrowly survived in the same area. Rescue services are warning that more and more tourists and locals are recklessly waiting on slippery rocks for large waves to crash over them.
