Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon slow price hikes as subscribers near spending limits

According to Ampere Analysis, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video are scaling back subscription price hikes, with the average increase dropping from 24% in 2023–24 to 14% in 2025–26. The slowdown comes as consumers approach the limit of what they are willing to spend on streaming services. In dollar terms, average prices are still rising, but at a reduced pace.
