European Commission approves Orange and APG takeover of Nexera

The European Commission has approved the acquisition of Nexera Holding, a wholesale fibre-optic network operator in Poland, by Orange and the APG fund. Brussels concluded that the deal would not harm market competition. Nexera is one of Poland's key broadband infrastructure providers.
