Same-sex foreign marriages can now be transcribed at every registry office in Poland

From Sunday, every civil registry office in Poland must accept applications to transcribe foreign same-sex marriage certificates. The change follows a new regulation introducing document templates required by rulings of the EU Court of Justice and the Polish Supreme Administrative Court. Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski called it "a day of happiness".
