Shein targets Hong Kong IPO to raise up to $1.77bn — a fraction of its 2022 valuation
Fast-fashion giant Shein has filed for an initial public offering in Hong Kong, aiming to raise up to HK$13.86 billion (approximately $1.77 billion). The target is a small fraction of the valuation the company commanded in 2022. Shein redirected its IPO plans to Hong Kong after earlier efforts to list in the United States stalled.
