Driver who killed couple in Kraków brought before prosecutors

26-year-old Hubert B. was brought before the Kraków-Podgórze district prosecutor's office on Monday following an accident in the Podgórze district in which a married couple walking with their 8-month-old baby were killed. Investigators announced that proceedings involving the driver are underway and charges are expected. The infant survived the crash.
