Three times over limit in Nowa Iwiczna crash — passenger wanted by prosecutors

A 38-year-old driver caused a collision in Nowa Iwiczna near Warsaw and attempted to flee the scene. He was found to have over three per mille of alcohol in his system. His passenger turned out to be wanted by prosecutors.
