Dogs left alone for days in Piekary Śląskie — maggots in food, faeces throughout flat

Two dogs were left alone for several days in a flat in Piekary Śląskie after their owners went on holiday. Firefighters, police and representatives of the local animal welfare organisation had to enter the property via a ladder. Inside they found maggots in the food bowls and faeces spread throughout the flat.
