Singapore has unveiled a new family support package worth over 55,000 USD (approximately 203,000 PLN) per child to combat a sharp decline in birth rates and one of the world's fastest-ageing populations. The Financial Times reports the package is among the most generous pro-natalist programmes globally. Authorities hope the financial incentives will encourage residents to have more children.
