Poczobut: Lukashenko signals to Warsaw, but a reset with Minsk is impossible
Andrzej Poczobut, a Polish-minority journalist and activist who spent more than five years in a Belarusian prison, says relations between Warsaw and Minsk are at an "absolute low." He believes the word "reset" should be set aside — "there will never be great love" — but acknowledges that geographical proximity will sooner or later force a gradual thaw. He also noted that Lukashenko is currently sending signals toward Poland.
