EU approves €6.1 billion in defence procurement for Ukraine

The European Commission on Monday approved new defence procurement orders for Ukraine worth €6.1 billion, drawn from a €90 billion EU loan for the country. The funds will go towards air and missile defence systems as well as rockets and missiles. It is the latest tranche of EU military support for Kyiv.
