Zelensky on Independence Day: Russia has lost refineries, its fleet and a whole generation

On Ukraine's Independence Day, President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed Russians directly, saying they sought to take all of Ukraine but instead lost their refineries, fleet, income and an entire generation. He then called on allies to impose new sanctions on Moscow that would, in his words, make Russia "start howling". The speech was defiant and uncompromising in tone.
