PiS challenges mandatory health education at Constitutional Tribunal

Law and Justice (PiS) has filed a complaint with the Constitutional Tribunal seeking to block the introduction of mandatory health education in Polish schools. The new subject covers topics including personal boundaries, health and hygiene for children. Renata Szredzińska of the Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę Foundation warns that leaving these issues solely to parents could pose a real risk to children's safety.
