PiS proposes raising upper income tax threshold to 180,000 złoty

PiS deputy leader Przemysław Czarnek announced that the party will submit a bill to the Sejm raising the upper income tax (PIT) threshold from 120,000 to 180,000 złoty. The party presents its proposal as a simpler and more effective alternative to the tax plan announced the previous week by the government. The move is the opposition's counter-proposal to the ruling coalition's tax reform.
