Zelensky rejects wartime elections as "huge risk" for Ukraine

The response came after former Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov — fired by Zelensky last month — publicly called for a vote to be organised. Zelensky argued that holding elections during an active war would pose unacceptable risks to the country.
