Nearly 3 million Teslas recalled in China over hidden door handle defect

China has announced a recall of nearly three million Tesla vehicles over hidden door handles that may pose a safety risk. The recall also covers cars from Chinese manufacturers XPeng, Xiaomi and Geely. It is one of the largest automotive recalls in China.
