Patients describe Warsaw psychiatric institute as scene from 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest'

Patients at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology on Sobieskiego Street in Warsaw describe stifling heat, sleepless nights and a complete lack of privacy — personal problems must be discussed in front of other patients. After discharge, patients are left to cope on their own. One patient compared the experience to Ken Kesey's novel set in a dysfunctional psychiatric ward.
