Estonia's PM: Russia won't attack NATO, will focus on hybrid warfare instead

Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal said after the Kyiv summit that Russia knows it is not worth attacking NATO members, so there is currently no direct military threat to the Alliance. Instead, Moscow will concentrate on hybrid attacks across Europe and on discouraging the West from aiding Ukraine.
