Russian strike on Kharkiv suburbs kills three

Three people were killed in a Russian overnight strike on the suburbs of Kharkiv in north-eastern Ukraine, regional governor Oleh Syniehubov announced on Telegram. Emergency services are searching the rubble for further casualties. The attack is the latest in a series of strikes on the Kharkiv region.
