Fils wins Cincinnati Masters 1000 title after talking to himself before decisive set

Arthur Fils defeated Frances Tiafoe in the final of the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Cincinnati to claim his first title at that level. The Frenchman said the decisive moment was a conversation he had with himself before the third set, after which he turned the match around and secured the win.
