Hawk Fire in Reno forces evacuation of nearly 90,000 residents

Nearly 90,000 residents of Reno, Nevada have been ordered to evacuate as the fast-moving Hawk Fire spreads through the area. Authorities declared a state of emergency. Officials determined the fire was human-caused, though there is currently no evidence of deliberate arson.
