18-year-old Bianca Adler becomes youngest Australian to summit Everest

Bianca Adler, aged just 18, summited Mount Everest on 20 May, becoming the youngest Australian woman to reach the top of the world's highest mountain. She achieved the feat almost exactly a year after being forced to turn back just 400 metres from the summit due to deteriorating weather. Her comeback made her story one of the most inspiring in recent mountaineering.
