Poland to raise corporate tax on energy giants to 30% — Orlen, PGE and Enea at risk

The Polish government plans to raise the corporate income tax rate for the largest energy and fuel companies to as much as 30% starting in 2027. The new levy is intended to fund support for energy-intensive industries, but the exact calculation method has not yet been determined.
