One in every 25 new hires is a returning employee — the boomerang trend is growing

According to the "wskaźnikiHR 2026" report, one in every 25 people hired last year had previously worked at the same organisation. The so-called boomerang employee phenomenon is becoming an increasingly visible trend in the Polish labour market. Companies and institutions are more willing to rehire former staff, valuing their existing knowledge of the organisation.
