Grudziądz mayor: banks won't lend to hospitals, leaving them to non-bank lenders
Maciej Glamowski, mayor of Grudziądz, says the city's hospital cannot access financing from the Polish banking system and is forced to rely on non-bank financial institutions. Reforms promised by successive governments — both the United Right and the current coalition — have not been implemented. Glamowski describes non-bank lenders as the last resort for hospitals in this situation.
