Serbia requests EU and Russian aid to fight raging wildfires

Serbia has requested international assistance from both the European Union and Russia to help combat intense wildfires burning across the country. Belgrade declared it could not contain the blazes alone. Serbia joins a growing list of Balkan and southern European countries struggling with dangerous fire outbreaks.
