Tropical Storm Moke to dump up to 10 inches of rain on hurricane-hit Hawaii

Tropical Storm Moke is heading toward Hawaii, which is still recovering from a recent hurricane. Forecasters project the storm could drop up to 10 inches (25 cm) of rain over the Big Island.
