Thousands of families flee fighting in Sudan's North Kordofan State

Thousands of families, mainly mothers with children, have fled fighting in Sudan's North Kordofan State. Displaced people are in urgent need of food and safety. North Kordofan is among the regions hardest hit by the ongoing armed conflict in Sudan.
