Ex-ABW officer: Poland has capability for offensive cyber operations

Former ABW officer Piotr Borkowski stated that Poland has significant potential and highly qualified specialists capable of conducting offensive cyber operations. He stressed the need for precise legal regulations and the creation of a specialised civilian cyber service. Borkowski also warned that dormant malware may already be embedded in Poland's critical infrastructure.
