Polish coalition to attempt veto override on same-sex partnerships law in September

Government equality commissioner Katarzyna Kotula announced that same-sex marriage transcriptions will be available across Poland from Monday. She also confirmed that the ruling coalition plans to attempt to override President Duda's veto on the bill granting legal "nearest person" status to same-sex partners, with the vote planned for September.
