Expert: Inevitable penalties and more patrols needed to improve Polish road safety

Dr Mariusz Sokołowski, former spokesman for Poland's Main Police Headquarters and internal security expert, told PAP that making drivers feel punishment is inevitable is key to improving road safety in Poland. He also called for more traffic police officers and a greater number of devices recording traffic violations on Polish roads.
