Medvedev: Russians who left and oppose the war should not count on returning

Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of Russia's Security Council, declared that Russians abroad who oppose the war in Ukraine should not expect to return home. He insulted emigrants and Kremlin opponents in harsh terms, labelling them traitors.
