ROD allotment fees could rise by thousands of zloty in Poland's biggest cities

Poland's family allotment gardens (ROD) are facing sharply higher perpetual-use fees as local authorities in some cities begin demanding increased rates. Allotment holders in the country's largest cities could end up paying several thousand zloty more per year. The issue has prompted a parliamentary intervention.
