Study of 100 million people links cannabis to 37% higher stroke risk
A massive analysis of more than 100 million people found strong links between recreational drug use and stroke risk. Cocaine was associated with nearly double the stroke risk, amphetamines with more than double, and cannabis with a 37% increase — including among younger adults.
